A Professional Engineer, Nick has spent his career across conventional and clean energy. Ten years in traditional oil and gas covering reservoir engineering, completions, and production economics, alongside geothermal generation studies. He founded Solarcor in 2015, and together he and Devon rebuilt it into the management consulting practice it is today. His current work extends into biofuels and applied AI. Across his engineering career he has developed or worked on more than 100 capital projects, from $10K community systems to $100M programs at one of Canada's largest energy producers.
Devon brings 30+ years of entrepreneurial and hands-on agricultural experience. Before consulting, he designed, built, and operated a 90,000 sq. ft. computer-controlled greenhouse complex with up to 40 staff and $1.4M in annual sales to major retail chains. He now applies that experience to controlled environment agriculture, forestry, and community enterprise development.
