A good idea does not fund itself. Getting from concept to a project that boards, councils, funders, and lenders will back takes structured methodology, stakeholder alignment, and risk discipline. We bring all three, drawn from more than 100 capital projects developed across our partners' careers, from $10K community systems to $100M energy programs.

What does a feasibility study or business case from Solarcor include?

Investment-grade studies with multi-year financial projections, sensitivity analysis, and a master business case built to hold up under federal program review, bank credit committees, and equity due diligence. The study is built to lead directly into a funding application and a capital stack.

Do you write grant applications, or only advise on them?

We write them. Our team has authored applications that secured millions in funding, including the first CanExport Community Investments grant awarded to an Indigenous community in Canada, and we layer grants with debt and equity into a stack that actually closes.

Can you run the whole project, or just one phase?

Either. We can carry a project end to end, from feasibility through funding, procurement, and construction tender, or step in for a single phase. All work product belongs to you, and if we part ways after any phase, you keep everything.
