This website does not use cookies and does not run advertising trackers. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool, GoatCounter, that counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal information. When you submit the contact form, your message is processed by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to us by email.
When you email us or submit the contact form, we use your contact details and message only to respond to you and discuss your project. We do not sell or rent your information. To deliver form submissions we rely on a service provider, Formspree, which processes the data on our behalf. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Our website is hosted in Canada. Our form provider processes submissions on servers in the United States, so a message you send through the contact form may be processed outside Canada. This applies only to inquiries you choose to send us. It does not apply to client engagement data, which is governed by the confidentiality and OCAP® commitments described below.
Confidentiality is foundational to our practice. Client engagements are governed by written agreements, and our work with Indigenous nations follows OCAP® principles, meaning ownership, control, access, and possession of data and information rest with the Nation. We do not publish client names, project details, or outcomes without written permission.
If we change the tools this website uses or the way it handles your information, we will update this policy to describe what is collected, why, and by which provider.
